Twin Cities Hidden Gems

Our Team specializes and is dedicated to serving home buyers and sellers in the Twin Cities and throughout the 13 counties and outer Metro areas. And as real estate advocates in the Twin Cities, we would like to highlight all of those popular destinations in both St. Paul and Minneapolis. We will also feature local events and businesses on this page.

Our First Stop:

David Royce Glass Studio

If you haven’t heard of Minneapolis-born glass artist David Royce, you’re in for a treat. Royce began working with glass at the age of 15 and today his work is found in numerous national and international collections.

A visit to Royce’s Little Canada studio is by appointment only, but call ahead and carve out some time for this experience. Watching the art of glass-making in person is well worth scheduling it into your trip!

Our Next Stop:

Gervais Mill Park

Gervais Mill Park is a nature area consisting of prairie grasses and wetlands with Gervais Creek running through the southern portion of the site. This park is 18 acres and includes the site of the original Gervais Grist Mill and homestead. You will find this park on Edgerton Street just north of Little Canada Road. Amenities within this park include 1,000 feet of wood-chipped trails, abundant existing wildlife habitat, two fishing piers, a ponding area, and on-site parking. The ponds are occasionally stocked with pan fish by the DNR.
