Twin Cities Hidden Gems
Our Team specializes and is dedicated to serving home buyers and sellers in the Twin Cities and throughout the 13 counties and outer Metro areas. And as real estate advocates in the Twin Cities, we would like to highlight all of those popular destinations in both St. Paul and Minneapolis. We will also feature local events and businesses on this page.
Our First Stop:
Minnehaha Park

Minnehaha Park is a city park in Minneapolis, and home to Minnehaha Falls and the lower reaches of Minnehaha Creek.

A striking, wilderness waterfall in an urban setting. Overlooking the Mississippi River, Minnehaha Park is one of Minneapolis’ oldest and most popular parks, attracting over 850,000 visitors annually.

Located at the intersection of Hiawatha Avenue and Minnehaha Parkway, the 193-acre park features a 53-foot waterfall, limestone bluffs and river overlooks. The park contains oak, elm, silver maple, basswood, hackberry and cottonwood trees, as well as native and prairie woodland wildflowers.

Our Next Stop:
Minneapolis Sculpture Garden

The Minneapolis Sculpture Garden is an 11-acre park in Minneapolis. It is located near the Walker Art Center, which operates it in coordination with the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board. It reopened June 10, 2017 after a reconstruction that resulted with the Walker and Sculpture Garden being unified as one 19-acre campus. It is one of the largest urban sculpture gardens in the country, with 40 permanent art installations and several other temporary pieces that are moved in and out periodically.

Working as a civic and cultural center, in 1913 a floral convention transformed the land into floral gardens, which it remained for the next 50 years.
